Michele has been organizing her "patients" since 2002 in a "hands-on" way in the San Diego, Riverside, and Orange Countries. Michele has a passion for not only creating ORGANIZING systems, but also for creating easy-to-find FINDING systems. She creates order in all of the out-of-control places in your business, office, or home. Michele spearheads and organizes large team projects utilizing the superb talents of other Professional Organizers as her team of

sub-contractors.

Michele goes through years of your accumulated clutter and paperwork.  She sets up filing systems, creates efficient storage spaces, and, in general, creates harmonious and productive living and working environments. She does it all confidentially, patiently, and with a sense of humor to make the process as painless and enjoyable

as possible!

Previous to becoming a Professional Organizer, Michele worked in the corporate arena for 18 years, of which, 14 years were in Human Resources and the Staffing Industries. She earned a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management at the University of California San Diego. This combination of professional experience, meticulous attention to detail and training helps make her a successful partner to any organizations success. She is a past member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and served three years on the Board of Directors of the local NAPO San Diego Chapter in various roles. Michele attends several networking meetings on a weekly and monthly basis, and loves public speaking, training, and performing at various organizations and has been featured in a local newspaper highlighting her business.
